\n– Winter Black Truffle<\/span><\/b>\u00a0(Tuber Melanosporum<\/i><\/b>): as its colour and harvesting time indicates is black and is harvested in winter (from December until March). It is more or less round, pyramidal and black in appearance and the interior is black with whitish veins. It is the most valued and appreciated truffle in gastronomy, with fine and pungent aroma, once tasted its flavour is difficult to forget.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
